A 10 week programme of fitness training, dietary control, and self discipline under the expert eye of your personal trainer will reduce body fat, tone up the skin and muscles, and give you a body to parade proudly on the beach.
High intensity cardio routines to blast the fat.

Maximum results will require discipline and commitment from you.
Your personal trainer visits you when it suits you. Just have your trainers on and go for it.
Sessions are fully supervised throughout, ensuring your safety, correct form and technique, and the speediest results. Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels and any injuries or restrictions.
